Hey steve....I live in the valleys surrounded by mountains..you have the same bike as me so you may understand this...outta the 10 bars..the most I,ve had from the first bar is 5.1 miles..the least 1.1 miles..went on a 40 mile jaunt a few months ago with a mate..nearly killed me...I use eco as much as I can now an standard/high for the big hills...to be honest bud for the price of these batteries I'm really not impressed with range ..would love to have a 500w an take the 400w with me..
Is it ok with the Sduro ? Think I saw a report about the screen not reading properly when switching on?
Hi. I bought one too. Have you had any issues? Mine stopped working after two weeks and someone said it was something to do with it being blocked by the yamaha system?
Yes thanks soundwave. I realise it sounds like a silly question. That is exactly what I thought. But had a similar problem with two batteries. The second new battery just failed to work straight away. Guess that's what you get for a £300 battery. Should have paid the rediculous £850 from yamaha.it will either work or it wont it wont take 2 weeks to make its mind up lol.
if a oem batt works then the problem is with the batt.
Thanks soundwave. I have already sent one of the batteries to d8veh (Dave) on this forum, as he said he was happy to take a look for me. But I will certainly think about it depending on what the outcome is. Cheerssend it to jimmy to have a look at as might be able to fix it.
