The ratio of bikes:scooters certainly seems well off to me too, Dodgy scooters are way more common place than ebikes, saw a single wheel 'balance board?' that almost made me triple take it in the other day, tall skinny lad, well he was, dunno about now.. .

Fwiw DragonBowl Chinese employs its own delivery drivers.. My neighbor is one, tho i have no idea about the food?? Im set in my ways and pick up from my fav in headington ( Ribs n meat one side of the rd, Rice/prawns the other, and poshfish, well what can i say when you need a kilo of chips (medium) where else can you go?? ..
