100% waterproof bike cover

Looking for a fab, leakproof, waterproof, stormproof, idiotproof bike cover Any suggestions?

On my second one now because I didn't tie it down during hurricane winds last winter. it covers my panniers and does the job although thin and fragilish if it tears somehow (not done so yet) and have been using it all through last year when at work in Snowdonia. May be cheaper on Amazon etc.. Not checked soz.

Awol.. That does look more sturdy. Have ordered although no idea if a large will be too big or cover too heavy / bulky compared to my Oxford one (the fly away one!)

My daughter has one with 2 adult & 2 sprogs' bikes in.
I think it's been up in their garden about 6 months and is fine, although showing some signs of SUN induced fading.
