03 info during ride

Hi all,

I've been getting an 03 info error during rides after long uphills. It errors then works again after about 15-20mins

I've continuity checked all power cables and hall sensors to the controller and motor.

I've also reduced the total power available to the motor.

Any ideas?

I've taken pedal assist off (tested with this to see if it made a difference which it didnt)

My guess is your motor is getting hot and the hall sensors are shutting down. Then they start working again when they have cooled down.

At that kind of power you should really be monitoring your motor temperature.

I think you are right, makes sense that over time the sensors have become deficient because of the heat in there. Will test them out and possible replace with higher temp rated ones. Will update here. Thankyou

What battery do you have? Can it deliver 45 amps?
