Help finding an electric (preferably folding) bike for a big bloke.

Out of stock though but that looks a great price if its the same as the Quartz (the older pre LCD one)... The Quartz LCD is £899 + £25 delivery... Interesting to see the max capacity rated as 10kg lower for the same bike though which confirms Fleccs observations earlier...

Right then... back to the Batribike then lol...:) I got it onto my head that the weight capacity wasnt set in stone and that some are over or understated for safety reasons for some reason but yes you are right... :)

Help finding an electric (preferably folding) bike for a big bloke.

It looks very similar to the Batribike Breeze so I have emailed for the replacement battery price and to see if my weight would invalidate thier super duper warranty.

Help finding an electric (preferably folding) bike for a big bloke.

Hi I think the nearest dealer is an hours drive each way... We are just off junction 28 of the M1 Thoughts on buying a proper one instead of a folder are: I cant really up the budget by much over £1000 and I think I really need a folding bike as when we go away like to Scarborough or...

Help finding an electric (preferably folding) bike for a big bloke.

I just noticed that they have a folding model on the Batribike site called the "Breeze" also which is £150 cheaper and also carries 130kg so I might have a compare of that one also but it doesnt have a rack mounted battery... I have emailed Batribike for prices on replacement batteries...

Advice with Izip & Battery and a new bike in general please.

I really like the bike but its out of my price range really I think... I went out on my partners Izip today and although I got up a steep hill on it it really struggled with my weight... quite please with it for the price I paid though... especially now I know I can replace the batteries myself...

Advice with Izip & Battery and a new bike in general please.

Crumbs! It must put a lot of people off buying electric bikes, I am not short of a few quid but £500 for a battery that you throw away doesnt make much sense to me... it would be cheaper to use taxis or run the car... Is there an electric bike that will pull a heavy bloke that has cheap to...

Hi all... my first post... I recently decided to buy an electric bike for my workers and I (mostly for me to try and lose weight and get around more with but if I let the workers use it then I can class it as a business buy) for going back and forth between my workplaces/premises...
