thanks mate im sure it must have had the paperwork the guy hasnt got any as he used it a few days as a mobilty then got told it needs to be registered for road use it has indicators mirrors etc

Hey Bit of a long one i was silly and bought a electric moped from an old man with no paperwork . but now i need to register with the dvla and they require a vin number. thats the problem i cant find it anywher i have found the serial number but no vin? its a chinese think its prob a cheap one...
