It will be interesting to see some long term reviews of the Gtech bikes. I have just looked them up they are so light(for an E-bike!) mind you they have no rear racks etc. They certainly seem to be getting a lot of people into E-bikes.

Hello Mike. The best piece of advise I was given was try as many as you can. it's alright looking at specs. on the internet but it doesn't help you know if the bike rides the way you want it to.

Have fun with it Clara. I must admit I've taken a while to fall in love with my bike. Partly down to my back delaying my riding at the start then a problem trying to get the saddle to stay put! The weather has not helped lately either. Put I think I'm beginning to get the hang of using the gears...

There are quite a lot of bikes with the battery mounted in the back rack. The only thing is all the weight is at the back especially with the rear hub drive. I only really notice when I'm trying to get it up & down the steps at home & when I'm trying to get it near enough to a lamp post to chain...

I only tried the Torque. I was tempted by an Orbea Optima bike too, It would have been nice to compare them side by side. I tried the Orbea the week before the Wisper on my first try of E-bikes.
