You can get it done at a Specialised dealer outside UK...one in Amsterdam has said they will do it...I am looking to take mine on the train...although trains (particularly Eurostar aren't as bike friendly as they used to be

I did actually have to take the bike back as the forks got stuck..all was fixed and while I was there I did ask them to remove restriction, which they politely declined! I do need to go back again as the forks were marginally damaged when they fixed them ,so they have offered to replace...
