Thanks Martin, still can't find the post though! However I'll try to contact my local dealer to see if he can do the update for me. As you know, I bought mine from a dealer some 250 miles from me.

Is there any fix for this yet Martin? As I predicted, I've done 300 miles since it happened last, not done it again and freezing now so I don't think that's the problem.

Interesting what you say about temperature, yes it was cold! I snapped it on, it turned on for 5 sec and the got locked in the 'shutting down' screen.
