I didn't realise that, I thought it voided it. Still, whilst its under warranty I may as well get the bike shop to do it.

So if the creaking was left unchecked, would there be any serious consequences such as parts wearing or failing ? Mine needs to go back to the bike shop again for this to be repaired as I can't take the cover off myself as its under warranty. But I can't get it to the bike shop for a few weeks...

Thanks. With my ebike being under warranty I can't remove the cover, so it will have to be a job for the bike shop. But I can probably live with it as it is for now, with a bit of gaffer tape!

My speed sensor (if thats what its called) has broken away from its mounting screw. Not sure if its been yanked off its when riding off road? Its still being held on by the screw, but not for long. You can see in these photos that the hole is now enlarged where the fixing screw goes through...

My chain started slipping recently and when inspecting the cassette I noticed some of the teeth had completely rounded off. I guess I had let my chain stretch too far, causing the teeth to round off? Now had a new cassette & chain fitted and all is well.

Yes, its still under warranty, so maybe just a tightening of the bolts as you suggest. Also had a new chain and cassette fitted as mine was well overdue. I left the chain too long and it has rounded off some of the teeth on the cassette after about 700 miles from new. Lesson learnt.

Im getting about 30 miles to a full charge on my Bosch 50w battery. About 40% of that is cycling up steep hills, another 40%coasting down the same hills, and the remainder on flat ground. I have a dongle fitted and when riding on flat ground I'm usually always going above 15mph.

But for the battery connections, wouldn't dielectric grease be better than just silicone crease? The problem being, add the word dielectric to any grease and the price more than triples.
