    Valve stem nuts

    None on my Oxygen MTB either, however, the valve stem thread has a rubberised coating on it where the stem comes through the rim.

    We spoke to Damian at SYEBC last weekend (put our Oxygen in for a checkover) he said just that about deliveries. Very popular bike and great Company to deal with. Did you have problems changing the tyres? Was Slime installed in the tubes?

    Pains in the hands and wrists can sometimes arise from the bikes setup. After a few years of ownership with the same bike we can become a bit blase with regard to fit. If I were you, I'd look into bringing the saddle forward a little bit at a time, lifting the existing stem or fitting a shorter...

    Could it be that you've lost a load of fluid at some point in time and have a big airlock in the tubing? Like in a car with the same problem, first pump on the brake pedal - no braking just pressuring the air, moments later they work when a bit of fluid gets to the pads pistons. You may have...

    I think that means - a minimum of 15 psi is required to properly seat the tyre bead on the rim.
