    I have ordered a mixed set of auto fuses (never hurts to have some available even if not applicable to the battery). Not opened one of these before, any tips people? What rating of fuse should be present for the "input fuse" on this 48v/12mah battery?

    Ok, thanks Nealh. I will see if I can open up the battery tomorrow to check what fuses are visible. I am no electrician, so hopefully they are pretty obvious. I can then attempt to test each one.

    Looking at the Cyclotricity website, it suggests the issue with the battery could be the "input fuse" which can be replaced. Does anyone know the type of fuses in these batteries, and could ideally post a link to one for reference?
