I have removed the potting,can you tell me the best way to test this now please .

My wheel is brand new.I swapped the wheel for another and the problem still persist ,im getting fed up with it now.I will look up checking the controller with a multimeter and see if its the controller .Maybe its the gear the clutch sits in though it looked ok to me .

I think im wasting my time ,it must be the controller .

There is a hex i need a large allen key

Its a new wheel ,arh but you maybe right it does seem that something is slipping.can you explain rear pawls or link a video ?

I didnt have time to put the motor back together yesterday but will saturday .Then test it .If the controller is broken.Is removing the potting a viable option to make repairs ?I would rather repair Than by a new one .Ideally make the controller better with better grade parts .

Does this look ok? I have double heat shrinked the cables now .
