No, simplicity is beautiful. Often the best, the most efficient and the most ingenious solution is the simple solution. It’s the ability to spot it that differentiates between the capable and the meeting / committee dwellers.

Do you attend lots of meetings? You don’t come across as a very practical man, more as one who creates obstacles as over complicates simple situations.
