Boris will offer to build one for the Americans in exchange for a trade deal so he can get a tiny bit of credibility for the total mess Brexit is turning out to be.

Some interesting findings in this study, it suggests protection from vaccination declines after just 3 months. I know the vaccines do a great job of keeping people out of hospital but I am coming around to fleccs thinking that they are nothing like all they were cracked up to be. I can...

I keep looking but I can't seem to find those sunny uplands we were promised, I can't believe those fine upstanding individuals such as Boris and Gove had been lying to us though so I guess I just need to keep searching they must be out there somewhere.

How wide is it Dave compared to a normal bike l’m wondering if filtering in traffic jams might be difficult. I imagine Royal Jordanian wouldn’t have a problem though have you seen his videos on YouTub?

Nice bike, they use them a lot on the Tour de France I guess they are not selling too well hence the massive discount on the price.

Your possibly right but the consequences of something going wrong could be far worse. A self drive taxi goes faulty in London drives into a bus stop several people dead, makes headlines in this country only for a day or so. A self drive plane goes faulty crashes into a Jumbo or similar which...

I feel self drive cars are a bit like power from nuclear fusion, it always seems to be 10 to 15 years away. A couple of other examples of this type of thing would be useful quantum computers and self aware computers. That last one could be far riskier to the human race than global warming.

Wife's PRC test came through negative so that was really good news. My grandson had a slight sore throat last night but it had cleared up this morning and has no Covid symptoms at all at the moment hopefully it will stay that way. Isn't it amazing how little effect the virus has on children...

In the article I linked to in the above post someone said that CV is running out of control in schools, I would tend to agree with this. My 13 year old grand son lives with us, two of his best friends are currently off school with the virus. My wife had a text from school today saying that he...

Well were back to being world beaters once again with one of the highest weekly covid case rates in the world. Are we going to have a third year of too little too late again? According to LBC, SAGE the Government expert panel met once in July, didn't meet at all in August and have met once in...

That's the highest rate recorded for 7 months, looking at countries like France, Germany, Spain and Italy they are no where even close to our infection and death rates, I still don't understand how Boris is getting away with all this. If it was the other way around all the news papers would be...

I'm sure it does not come as a surprise to anyone reading this forum that daily CV cases are up to nearly 50,000. Hospitalizations and deaths due to the virus are also increasing and yet BJ and Co seem to avoid any blame for this mess. Someone posted a graph the other day on here comparing...

Yes royal navy not sure what it was because I couldn't really see it properly. Later on my walk I was chatting to an old fellow who had a sort of short telescope he had been watching it and he told me it was a navy ship and he could just make out a large gun on the front of it.

I was walking around the Great Orme in Llandudno yesterday and I could see several miles out to sea an unusual looking ship. When the sun shone on it, it seemed to be gleaming white, I could not remember seeing a ship like that out there before. There are often many ships a few miles out from...
