250 watt is it a myth?

Imo At £1,049 Inc delivery the bb is hard to beat in its class, if raising the bar to £1,500 you can find a Cube or Bergamot with high end components and a branded crank motor. sent via huawei P9

250 watt is it a myth?

Thanks again, the roller has tendancy to cut out at traffic lights but can be remedied by taking your foot off the pedals. In a nutshell its hard to justify the extra 400 quid over the bb even if the Aikema motor is quieter. sent via huawei P9

250 watt is it a myth?

I note on some Chinese manucturers that their hub Motors are rated 150w to 350w does this mean that some motors in the UK could actually have 350w capability but are governed and labeled as 250w sent via huawei P9

Good to see David singing the praises of a competitor, Wisper bikes in my opinion are very well thought out and David is passionate about his products. Outside of the obvious a lot comes down to aesthetics and personal choice. A further note on freego is that they offer a 5 day fix or replace...

250 watt is it a myth?

Let me start by saying that I'm a novice here but I'm either blessed or handicapped with a very enquiring mind. Recently I stumbled on a 2012 thread with d8veh and kudosbikes being the main contributors on an electric bike called the Tonaro Bighit with a torque of 128/nm. Trex gave some...

The other thing I'd like to add is in some cases with unscrupulous Chinese manufacturers because it says HEINZ on the tin it doesn't always mean the BEANS inside are Heinz :-) sent via huawei P9

The main problem is that many manufacturers lack clarity in the components if each bike. Shimano Gears but which model and number? Shimano front sets run from £1 to £100s of pounds, frame composition, EU compliance certification, tyres, brakes, etc can have huge variables within a brand and...

Pete, I've just looked at freego they have a 5 day repair or replace policy in the first 12 months, 100% feedback on fb with a good dealer network, do you know anything about them? sent via huawei P9

    which kit

Peter more or less nailed it when he said information overload. Look how you could easily ascertain the strength and weaknesses of the T5 but we are all struggling to find the value point in an ebike. In your case your dilemma is compounded by the number of options available to you...

    Jan 2016 Throttle Regulations

    Jan 2016 Throttle Regulations

The problem here would be the sight test, which you would need to pass for insurance purposes, same as cbt have to be able to read a number plate from 25 meters. Im buggered if I can pick the letters out at 25m if I could I would just buy a 50cc scooter and gave done with it. LOL sent via huawei P9
