    Gears and Tyres

Repairing the puncture is only half the battle, the difficult part is ascertaining the cause and point of the puncture and in that case you may need a bowl of water and washing up liquid, not so easy to carry on a bike :-) sent via huawei P9

    Gears and Tyres

From what I can ascertain if the wheels are standard apart from a hub motor any bike shop with repair facilities can handle wheels and tyres. You can also get recovery insurance covering punctures etc as long as you are at least 1 mile from your home from £15 a year restricted to 3 call outs a...

    Woosh Bikes

I read on the Woosh website that the big bear has the most powerful motor in their range but aren't all 250w hub motors equal? The weight limit is 18 stone but not clear how this works if over a bit and on the flat? The throttle is restricted to 4mph? How can this be deristricted for use on...

It wasn't easy to find the video on youtube, I think it could of done with a bit of editing. I don't know why manufacturers don't make polished vids of their bikes, they could get some tips from the mobile phone reviews on youtube. In the YT video defence not so easy to make a video on your...

    Need help selecting ebike

BTW I may opt for the big bear despite the gear system as on the flat I suspect it could perform well between two gears. I found a video of a heavy guy whizzing up a steep hill without peddling on a big bear sent via huawei P9

Look at the tyres from this pedicab, I've seen the pedicabs loaded with as many as 5 x 70kilo passengers plus a rider but rarely do they suffer a puncture. sent via huawei P9

Warwick that's a very interesting comment you made about the 27.5 inch Oxygen tyres, why did they go that route? If you could turn the clock back and you had 2k to spend on an ebike, which one would you go for? Btw do you know anything about saddles, need a big comfy one for my oversize...

    Gears and Tyres

I agree, things are moving on, I think the use of derailleurs help keep the cost down in certain situations and also depends on usage. You hit some very good points and I think you are making a wise choice. Ive started to look at established mid end traditional pedal cycles especially ones...
