    I've posted this before but it may help, it certainly helped me I've come down from 95 kg in Jan 2014 to 70 Kg in Dec 2104 and I still weigh 70 kg now (keeping it off once lost is the most difficult bit I find) Also I'm 70 yrs old so crumblies can lose weight with care.
