Well i don't think I know you, although we're obviously from a similar era. I make this clever deduction from the fact I don't know anyone who owns a GTech.
In any case, lockdown notwithstanding, I'm painstakingly selective about who I stalk :)

Errr, either digital dexterity issues or a freudian slip
I'll be over here, sitting quietly in my corner, reflecting on my faux pas

I was joshing - they're not allowed to.
Not about Mrs Gaz though. While I at the time had a rather unexciting admin job, she was part of the armed response, helicopter, dog and royal protection Special Operations Unit.

Yes of course the Police could have a go on my bike, but I'd need their car keys as a guarantee. My Wife used to work for the armed response unit, so I think it's a fair swap :D

Hello everyone.
I'm currently interested in a Wisper 905SE. It's not a youngster and in 2017 it was re-celled with Hiadi cells (36v x 15.5ah) at a cost of £394. I can't find anything about these cells - can anyone shed any light please.

My Whyte Coniston has been great, size wise for me, at a tad over 6'4" (36" inside leg and size 14's).
Three years into ownership and still thoroughly enjoying it.

I love that this thread is still going after four pages already :D
I was making polite conversation with a Police Officer at Eastbourne Airbourne last year. Was quite disappointed when he declined the offer of having a go on it.

6'4" and a bit here. I've a Whyte Coniston with a Shimano crank drive. Had it three years and still love it to bits. Smashing all rounder. Standard derailleur at the back, which is simplicity itself. Done somewhere over 5,000 miles on it now, and if something happened to it, I'd replace it...
With apologies in advance for showing an interest (never ridden a recumbent, so don't know if they're for me), how much would you be asking for it?

My Wife has a Wisper 705 works with a full throttle. She loves it. It's well built, has rim brakes, which do the job fine. Will easily cope with light off road stuff (a mountain bike it is not) and at nine-ish years old, the battery is still good for 20 or so miles.
