the krieger seems to have standardised wiring so in theory you can swap out the back and rack for other ones fairly easily such as the new pack on woosh site hub gear would add £400-500 to the price which is not really what Woosh are all about

Woosh will happily swap the saddle for other styles that they have in stock, i went for comfort over style. They have a showroom in Cambridge or a shop in Southend.

for the speedo issue, did you mount the magnet close to the hub for more accurate reading?

i use my Woosh Krieger every day for commuting with one big ass hill and it copes easily and along with its huge 15ah battery i only charge it once a week so take a gander at their website and see if anything takes your fancy

fairly sure at least one of the plugs on the krieger are yellow

if you really want too, i just use the rear brake lever like a clutch as you only have to pull it in a few mm for it to disengage the motor while not putting on the brakes all while carrying on pedalling

at 10 stone the big bear is overkill, go with the much nicer looking Krieger instead

i get 30 miles on my krieger 15ah battery before it hits half way on the battery meter then i usually charge it

on closer inspection after a charge that area is the only bit that gets slightly warm, so im guessing thats where the controller for the battery is and theyre air vents as you suspected

This is the same battery pack as found on my Woosh Krieger only it is 36v and filled with Samsung 2900mah cells so has 15ah capacity and weighs the same, if you're gonna feeding 48v is 11ah really enough? Edit: I see it's out of stock on woosh however they have the newer HL version for £315...

would be quite interested to know how well this works on the Krieger and how easy it is to fit, is there a double adapter for the brake line cable so you dont have to sacrifice one of the brake sensors?

i quite enjoy using the brake lever like a clutch personally, only need to pull the lever a couple of mm and it cuts out without using the brakes (and i have my brakes wound up quite tight) def an option woosh could implement tho on newer models but all adds to the base price of the bikes.
