    Leaving the EU

I agree with Tillson that immigrants are opportunistic, can ravage this country and only Brexit can prevent this but compare immigrants with locus? no.

    G-tech bike,has anyone seen a proper test

the split frame seems to be quite elegantly solved on the Gtech bike, just a metal box held in place by 4 bolts above the rear hub axle. The rest is of course true but infrequent happenings.

a little 'zombie finger trouble' maybe? croxden may have meant to rate the post as 'useful' instead of bad spelling.

I can put belt drive and Nexus hub gear on the next revision of the Karoo but would you pay £100-£125 more for them? sorry for going off topic.

    Krieger vs Zephyr-B

Grease is the best defence against rain water. The green coloured gunge is from oxidation of the battery output contact copper blades. this is the battery of the Zephyr-B: the charging socket is a jack at the bottom left corner. Next to it, to the right, is the lock. Above it, you can see...

    Leaving the EU

let me put to you the case to vote to exit. I don't have problem with sovereignty though, just ecomonics. this country is good at creating jobs, that is because our economy is more flexible and better resourced than all other member states. The result of this is certainly not felt by most...

Connecting lights to generic chinese controllers...how?

    New Gtech ebike

very funny croxden. I will get used to the new regime eventually. Back to why I like the Gtech so much, the truth is customers like to know that support is good but no need for support is better or best though. from that perspective, the Gtech is great. The derailleur may be a great...

    Gravity + ?

Tom, a lot of trikes don't have a differential on the rear axle. When J turns, the outside wheel should go faster than the inside to keep the trike horizontal, without the differential, one wheel has to come off the ground (usually the inside one), the trike tilts and possibly keels over...

    G-tech bike,has anyone seen a proper test

I don't know how to. I just asked woosh to get me one. They are going to import some. I have got the manual from Lishui in powerpoint though (Mechaniker wrote it I believe).

    G-tech bike,has anyone seen a proper test

They have already reduced nearly 50% within a year. Originally priced at £1,799. It didn't sell. So the new price £999. It's still expensive compared to the £999 Crossfire-E but supported by TV ads and 14 days return, it sells well enough for them to carry on TV advertising since March.

    G-tech bike,has anyone seen a proper test

I have built for woosh a bike based on Gtech strong points, just in case, with the GSM motor + Automatix, optional Nexus 7. I am waiting for the Bluetooth from Lishui.

    G-tech bike,has anyone seen a proper test

I've seen their TV advertisement and was very impressed. Straight to the point. Sell the bikes. That's a who dares wins proposition. People who saw that would go on to google up about electric bikes. I always use google adwords for my market research. April this year: 14,800 searches against...

    G-tech bike,has anyone seen a proper test

may be I shouldn't say this, but I know that it boosted the number of visitors to the woosh website about 20%-25% and their google adwords impressions about 20%-25% since February/March compared to the year before.

    G-tech bike,has anyone seen a proper test

Gtech can easily introduce a new version with chain and derailleur.Their first bike will still have made the biggest impression since the Sinclair C5. Can anyone suggest a more iconic UK bike for 2016?

    G-tech bike,has anyone seen a proper test

Thompson's bikes look like made in Russia, Tesco's and Sport UK's look cheap, none of them have the drooling factor that you get from European bikes. The Gtech is the first that looks European. The best effort so far is from Halfords with their Crossfire Es. I think the Gtech will attract the...
