Yes the replacement came under warranty from pswpower. It is available in their website for about 10€ or so. Unfortunately it took forever to arrive since they only stock it in China ( I had to pay customs, but not the part). They even included some grease to apply :)

Yes, my bet is that the problem is in the small gear, I will ask the seller for another one, hope it comes with the ball bearings since I dont know where to find them

When I spin by hand, the small gear makes the blue gear spin as well , isn't it supposed to? without the blue gear you can see the spindle spin https://www.youtube.com/shorts/_c1zo-PTVQM and with the blue gear in place everything spins ( spindle and gear )...

Hi, I have found where the noise comes from, but still waiting from feedback of the seller. The noise comes from the gear in orange, I believe there is some slack that should not be present causing the rattle. You can see this in this video...

they asked me to remove the blue gear and check for noise, I will try to do that as soon as I can

They sent me this: But they were tightened and did nothing

I contacted the supplier and they told me to open the motor and tighten some screws so, warranty seal was already broken with permission from the supplier. I will contact again asking for a replacement blue gear. thank you for your time, i will get back to this post as soon as I have it tried...

thank you very much for your reply, If I rotate backwards it does not make any noise, only when I rotate forward, and it makes noise even without power nor chain. According to the video you sent It might be this gear. Is it controlled by the blue gear bearing ?
