Ebikes have one reserved for me till my voucher comes through. Those cycle scheme people are horrendously slow. It took a colleague 6 weeks to get hers.

Thanks kudosdave I'm not expecting any miracle from it. Just want it to work well, get me fro A to B with as few problems as possible. It will only be doing 8 miles a day and possibly the odd trip to the store and back.

Thanks RobF I will keep you all posted once it arrives. Takes a few weeks so I'm told for the voucher to come through from work but the good people at ebikes direct are holding it for me till the voucher arrives. Fingers crossed it won't take too long.

Thanks for the reply RobF. It should do the job I want it for then. I only have a 4 mile commute to work each way. The route is 99% flat down a canal path. I had a cyclomatic a few years ago but sold it as I wasn't very happy with it, Plus I needed the extra income at the time. I'm hopeful that...
