Thanks for the reply. The ezee works fine, if I'm honest I can't really justify spending that amount of money on a new bike when there is nothing wrong with this one. I might hang fire and see if anyone has any decent sales at the end of the year.

I prefer the shop to sort things, the least I've got to do the safer all round, dealing with something like a puncture is about my limit if I'm honest. I keep mine clean, I'm ok doing the basics but that's as far as I go. This is it.

My ezee has a throttle, to be honest I never use it, tried it once when I first got the bike, shot up the street like a bullet, :D

I don't really have any preference where the bike ends up coming from, it would be nice to see one in the flesh tho, that would make South Shields the better place. I did email another shop to see if they stock them but they didn't answer, so I take it they don't :D

I think the South Shields shop is going to be my best bet.

Hi, I'm after some advice. I have an ezee sprint, it's about four year old, everything works fine. I'm thinking of selling it and buying an oxygen s cross step through. But, which is the better bike, the ezee or the oxygen? At the moment I'm just toying with the idea of changing bikes. Fin :)

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows how to go about finding people with ebikes in my area? I've looked at local cycling clubs, but Ive not had much luck there. I'd like to meet up with people to go cycling, I think meeting up with people would give me more motivation to get out on the bike...

I think it was one of their older D locks.

I have one of those locks, it's an axa solid, but mine doesn't have the option of being able to plug a cable or chain in. I might look into changing it for a one that can, I hadn't really thought about that one.

I have a kryptonite D lock, I'll start and use that one more, it's not as heavy as the chain

This is what I keep thinking, I have a D lock as well, I used to take that as well as the monster chain, but I'm thinking there's got to be a decent lightweight alternative
