I don’t peddle over bumps, but some of them here are unavoidable to dodge. I will look into epoxy, thank you for that tip. It’s a shame that I have no local ebike servicing that isn’t Halfords, and it doesn’t seem like I can buy a new case online and fit it myself, annoyingly.

Yes, I have never pedalled over speed bumps when I’ve had to cycle over them, as I usually cycle with a takeaway coffee style cup I am not about the high speed ride, I am a ‘slow and in style’ rider

I was considering electrical tapping everything together as a short term fix, but I could actually zip tie through the holes the casing has as a result of the rotten screw holes, maybe?

Honestly, it is so puzzling, especially as all the screws have done it - not just one or two? What do you mean by abuse of the casing? I don’t think the casing can be dropped? Maybe it has been caused by the few times I have put the bike on it’s seat and handles to fix chain issues? But...
