For hub based commuter bikes, where you are doing a significant number of miles, I would look at Wisper and Woosh just from the point of view of customer service and support. If you wanted something cheaper, maybe Eleglide M2 - there are a couple of people here that seem to have used the customer service with Eleglide and it seems OK, or the GIN X or Netuno Plus ?
