teething problems with New E bike Kit

Started fitting e bike kit and on fitting have come across a couple of issues the main one being the throttle is not working, When the throttle is activated the LCD shows a revolving symbol but there is no power to the hub. Also one of the HWBS sensors is not working properly. Both sensors show a red LED when activated, but only one shows on the LCD when activated. Therefore when the motor is running only one sensor will stop the motor. I have tried swapping the connections around, but this does not make the other sensor work. Therefore it seems like a faulty sensor. Have taken photos of throttle turned and what the LCD display is showing and LCD display without the throttle used or turned it shows in the far right corner of the display the current temperature, could there possibly be a fault with the controller ? appreciated your guy's help on this one...

lcd looks like branded KTlcd3 from YS Germany.
The throttle parameter P4 may need changing as it is probably set for use only once pedalling has commenced, so lift the drive wheel activate the pas then the throttle should work. For active throttle all the time P4 needs setting to 0 and not 1.
Don't get hung up over brake sensors, you only need one fit it to the rear brake. Blank the unused connector off with a bit of heat shrink or tape.

You don't really need any brake sensors with those controllers.

In addition to the P4 value needing to be changed you also need the PAS level to be set to 1 as I discovered after a bit of head scratching.
