Portable Folding Seat Stool ?

Looking for a portable seat/stool, maybe similar to those fishing type ones, that can be folded down and stored and transported on the rear carrier?

Alternatively ,you can by from camping supplies foam mats that can be converted into chairs with a backrest, all be it with out legs...
