Exactly my thoughts as well, and I've just expressed those thoughts to say that.

For me if you exclude bikes such as the Stealth Bomber, and bikes with throttles and or tuning devices, then e-mtb's and pedal mtb's both have their place in public off road spaces. They are just different. The sense of achievement is greater with a pedal mtb though. :)

Don't moan about it, jump into the comments section and start talking. Bear in mind though, it's a US article talking about ebike use on US trails (and bear in mind most US states allow ebikes with 20mph or 25mph limits and 750watts or 1000watts).

I thought opinions were a considered matter
