A good while ago I made several phone charging power-banks with old cells out of my used bottle battery.

They proved popular with the family but a couple got lost, one died and the rest don't really last long. I also got one of those 18650 bike battery power-banks to try but have no decent old cells leftover.

So I am thinking of replacing the cells with new ones, I don't think the cells need to be the usual high amp power output as bike batteries need but last longer as I would like to use the 2x18650 phone charging power-banks as they will be lighter to carry about.
So which cells will be best for this use, lower power output but last longer?
