Maxtrack, action sports distributors in Gloucestershire, have announced that they are now distributing Koga bicycles, including conventional bicycles as well as power assisted e-bikes, as from January 2014.
The 2014 range includes the E-lement, E-Nova, E-xtension, E-Tour and the E-Deluxe. Maxtrack will have a representative range of electric bike models in stock to show new UK dealers and will promote the brand alongside those appointed UK stockists.
Koga was founded in Holland by Mr Gaastra in 1974. His vision was to build the “best and most beautiful bikes for passionate riders without compromise.” Koga bikes are built by hand in the Netherlands from start to finish by a single technician; each bike frame sports a ‘handbuilt by Koga’ logo. The resulting electric bikes are promoted as “enjoying a reputation for comfort, quality, service and reliability”.
The Koga website has more details about their electric bike range and dealerships.
