I'd like to ask you some questions about fitting the BrainPower controller to the Suntour HESC

Do you know what your overall 'raw' bike weight was with the Cytronex battery, pannier rack, pedals etc - I know the weight of the Cytronex system but curious how easy it was to manage your bikes with the additional weight. We occasionally use trains and with panniers off have to lift on an off various european train arrangements and mounts. Any thoughts?

Hi Barry - i know it is a few years ago now but i found your review of the Cytronex conversion kit really interesting. We were in Tuscany for a cycle tour in 2023 and can certainly relate to the hills and the 'strade bianche'. That experience made us think that whilst we are very happy with our tour bikes (Lynskey CX -13.5kg +and Thorn Club -13.9kg) if we went back to Tuscany we would need some e-assistance.

I wish to fit a second battery to my e trike the present battery is 36 volt 10 amp h . i wish to mount a second battery of 36 volt 24 amp h is it possible to wire the batteries through a switching device to the controller which is rated at 36 volt 17 amp h would anyone know where to purchase a suitable switching device
