I volunteer at a charity recycling donated bikes which are fully serviced for resale. A few ebikes are donated which usually have dead batteries, no key etc so end up going for scrap afted stripping any usable non E parts. All of the bikes have been purpose built as Ebikes and with batteries locked in the wiring often can't be removed without cutting. I have been collecting a few bits and pieces to assemble a conversion kit. I have a 36v Yose controller with Jolet plugs (This was replaced by Yose because the light circuit didn't work) The bits I have rescued are the brake levers, LCD with separate power and and up/down power assist switch. also the section of loom connecting to these. All Julet plugged but cut off after all the above are joined. Crank sensor, not Julet but 3 wires so easy enough to fit a Julet. 9 pin plug to motor but cut about 700mm long.
So....I need to make a connector to the controller from the battery. Easy enough. However need to create the harness from handlbar to controller. I will be going for a rear Ewheel and rack mounted battery. Are there any complete wiring looms out there. Doesn't have to be exact as I can modify to an extent but would prefer to avoid a complete build from scratch
