My Kalkhoff Pro Connect Xion drive 11Ah will not turn on.
I reasently updated the firmware. It took me three updates before the checkmark appeared on the display. The two first times the screen showed an X and with my broken german, I believe it said that the update could not complete. After the last update and checkmark, the battery would not turn on. All five leds where blinking and then nothing. Searching The Great Internett it looks like the battery suddenly is empty and has to be waken from sleep mode using the charger. "That was strange", I said to my self knowing the batttery was half full 20 minutes earlier, with no use between.
Trying to revive the battery from the dead using the hibernation(?) mode and following the instructions given by the world-wide-webbers had minor results. While the charger was connected, I turned on the system and a triangle with the letters CA appeared. Pokeballs was not very effective.
After multiple attemts reviving the battery without results I tried to update the software once more. This time it said that there was no battery information available and the computer told me to reconnect the display turn on and of the system, then retry. But observant readers have noticed that my battery does not work and this task is impossible.
Any suggestions?
