Wuxing brake cut-off levers compatibility?

This might seem like a daft question, but are the Wuxing brake cut-off levers compatible with mechanical type disc brakes?
I've not owned a disc brake bike yet, so be gentle with me

yes, as long as your brakes are cable operated. The problem is usually pinout, plugs and sockets.
