Would a 250W tandem pedelec pedalled by Musk's new robot be legal?

Could I send it out on the bike, to do a spot of shopping?

If you owned a car, but did not pay the license, have it MOTed or insured, what would happen if you left it on the (public) road ?
Do you mean with it driving? I'm sure Elon's vision for it, was as some kind of chauffer/bodyguard/butler. It won't be long before there's a shaggable version too, which I'd hope will be better at shagging than his creations are at driving.

No.

But under a lot of UK laws, you are responsible for the 'vehicle' when its on the road, even if your not driving it.
With all the new "Discoveries" being made by "AI"s, there are sound commercial reasons for companies to demand rights equal to humans for them... maybe someday AI drivers will be nth class citizens?

For sure, there may well be sound commercial or economic reasons, but just listen to some of the pearls of wisdom coming from Liz Mistrust in recent days.

Do remember these 'systems' are being developed by commecial companies and that history tells us that commercial companies will tell (many) lies if there is a profit to be be made.

Will be a riot? Thicko Truss speaks again tomorrow...
Not maybe tommorow.

But come the Winter, when a lot of people cannot afford to pay even the capped energy bills, and the given that part of the strategy to 'afford' the tax cuts for the well off seems to be to cut benefits, then there will probably be riots.

Looks a bit volatile... A great many people won't be helped by the £2,500 cap. The working poor will very soon be poorer.

Neat way to bypass the public:
