Yes an interesting introduction to a trail that leads to a rich full length animation (blowing my mind somewhat esp as I'd jonly ust finished watching visual rollercoaster Blade Runner 2049)

I have a copy on DVD,it's a real hoot,wonderfully characterization throughout,loved the 2cv skit!

I love the depiction of the guitarist at 0:51, which is clearly based on Django Reinhardt. They got his moustache, fag, and best of all, they even got his two-fingered playing style. I think there's probably a lot more to this cartoon than what you see on the surface.

Later in the film, incredibly fat Americans with a wheel to hold up their bellies.
The film had huge influence, for instance these Americans singing in French.
