Bike arrived in a large box with specific instructions for unpacking.
On removal the frame was found to be blemish free and all other components were undamaged.
Assembly took a few minutes, and following a complete check over of the bike (which is definitely necessary) and a bit of fettling it was ready to go.
The bike was purchased for my OH who found all the controls easy to deal with having never ridden an electric bike before. The gears indexed perfectly and the levels of assistance were progressive. She also found the bike comfortable.
The manual needs editing a bit ( reference to a Santana rear light which is different to the Petite ).
The only technical issue I have identified concerns the motor cable which does not appear to have a plug for easy wheel removal. As I use a stand for wheel truing I will have to get advice from Woosh regarding a solution.
All in all an attractive little bike that my 9st 5'0" OH found easy to handle and ride.
