Hi, hoping I can get a recommendation for bike shop near me to look at a Woosh Krieger electric bike - display doesn't turn on. Battery is apparently fully charged but bike is dead. Local bike shop doesn't look at e-bikes and Halfords only deal with their model. Looking for recommendations for shops near Trowbridge, Wiltshire if poss (including Bath if none closer). Would battery be possible to check as really wouldn't know where to start myself! Thanks, Em

Send an email to Woosh or ring them. They will very likely to be able to diagnose it over the phone.

If the display doesn't turn on then there is no power getting to it via the battery/controller.
First port of call is to check that the battery fuse isn't blown, some have a silicone grommet on the case where the fuse can be found behind. Also if you have or know /have a friend with a meter check the battery voltage reading.

Thanks, have been in touch and getting some info for them. Fingers crossed!
My KM Jlcd has it's own back up battery, have a look on the rear of the screen for a coin button type housing as it may just need a new watch type battery.
