Hi I have a woosh big bear bike, please can someone point me in the direction of a sensor magnet. Mines broken.
Last time I used it. It run out of charge, unusual for me to let it go completely. Plugged the charger in… nothing?
Green light is on the charging unit. Just not registering with the battery.

Your post is a bit confusing. Which sensor are you talking about? Is this a completely different problem to battery one?

You will need a meter to sort out the battery, so confirm that you have one or get one before going any further.

Why not just contact Woosh? Phone or email, they are very approachable people.

I would just love to get 1 quick. I don’t get much time on my phone . It’s taking ages for me to even reply to this. .. unsure how how many magnets it has or if it’s a
Certain diameter.

Your picture shows a replacement pedal assist magnet disc, we use this part in some kits. We have the part but it is not what was fitted originally to your big bear. This is why I suggest you contact us. We have various models, the cost is about the same.

Please email support@wooshbikes.co.uk we will help you.
I can’t afford your battery, I might need a new one though. I know it’s your product but I need to find a cheaper replacement. I’m wondering what will fit.

I really don’t have any spare money right now , I got my house broken into and bike nicked. I’ve bought a cheap second hand one. But with absolutely no knowledge I’m trying to get my big bear back on the road.

magnet discs don't cost much, it's usually the post and packing that costs more than the goods. The main thing is we can help you better when we know your situation exactly. The Big Bear was sold for nearly 10 years. When we get your email, we can check your email address in our database to find out exactly which magnet disc was used. You can see a 6-magnet disc in this 2016 Big Bear

Talk to mr woosh find out what he recommends to replace your disk (because its a solution that will work) and if the price is too expensive (unlikely) take the details given and go to ali-express and save 50p and wait a few weeks/months..

sorry to hear about the break in, but it sounds like finding a cheap woosh bike was a silver lining ;)

Talking about batteries tho DONT SKIMP ON COSTS THERE!! ONly buy from a trusted seller who documents the cells used. No name cells in cheap batteries can end up costing a house and even lives

We usually need to know who the first owner is, pictures of the bike, details about the faults etc. in order to assist you. Your situation is a tricky one. On top of that, you did not post any pictures of your bike and the state of the bottom bracket. I don't know if you have the tools and can remove the bottom bracket. I am really not sure what helps and what not.
To reply on your original question, you need a 6-magnet disc. It is a bit smaller than the one on your picture. If you use the one on your picture, you may need to knock some of the magnets off if the bike starts too fiercely.
