Witty Replies

Does anyone have any witty replies, or otherwise, they use when "other" cyclists question their validity on using an E bike.

Not looking to get into a lengthy discussion or arguement, just a quick witty one liner.

I am also a "proper" cyclist, and have 3 bikes to choose from, but when out on the E bike you can get the usual comments.

'Eff Off' seems to raise a certain reaction

Said with a big smile:

"You're just jealous!"

Or if they comment as you pedal past them, call out:

"I haven't switched it on yet."

"Swap?"

"You're cheating!" " Cheating whom?" normally gets them.

I am year round commuter, makes up 90% of my riding at a guess.

So when I get the "oi, you're cheating " I say " no, it's pronounced commuting "

And if I haven't whizzed by already it is followed with "i don't think you can cheat at commuting, can you?"
