WISPER spare parts

Hi! A friend I met in another pedelec forum told me, that he ordered a new rear wheels with an engine via the former WISPER Germany - E-Wheels GmbH & Co. KG - a while ago. E-Wheels Germany responded, that WISPER did not deliver or respond, although having promised to do so. Does anybody have any idea, whom he could ask? Maybe a different source for Bafang?

Wisper usually monitor this so will answer but as David is probably still at a bike show in Germany it may take a few days to get the official response.
The Electric Transport Shop are a Wisper dealer, they may have something in stock to help.
