All ebikes work the same, and I doubt that a wiring diagram would help you. If you have problems, say what they are, then maybe we can help. If you'd done that in the first place, the problems would probably have been solved by now.Hi,
My Wisper Alpino is getting quite old and Starting to fail. Does anyone have a wiring diagram so I can do some investigation?
Many thanks
Lloydy
Well thanks for the reply. occasionally I find, after power up that I can’t increase or decrease the pedal assist power setting. The display occasionally flashes and goes blank too. My logical initial thought is to substitute the display for another, but OEM replacements are just too expensive for my old machine. Im looking at cheap Chinese replacements but I need a wiring diagram to rewire the connector. All ebikes work the same, and I doubt that a wiring diagram would help you. You can't swap around display units, with some exceptions, because the software is designed to work with specific controllers.Well thanks for the reply. occasionally I find, after power up that I can’t increase or decrease the pedal assist power setting. Thanks for the info Saneagle. Much appreciate. You can't swap around display units, with some exceptions, because the software is designed to work with specific controllers.
If you have the normal magnet disc type pedal sensor you can fit more or less any controller/LCD combo you want. We have our favourite at about £80.
The LCD is connected directly to the battery, so if it goes off and stays off until you switch it on again, it lost its power from the battery. If it goes off and comes back on by itself, it has an internal fault, like water in it. some can be opened to remove the water, then re-sealed with silicone sealant or bath or gutter sealant. With the failure to go up and down, it does sound like you have water in it.
