Help, there seems to be no instructions on best operation of the Wisper torque bikes. I know the 2020 model now has the same display as the SE models. Utube videos suggest that level 5 Assist turns on the cadence sensor, on earlier models, overriding the torque but I can’t find out if this is true of the 2020 model. Any tips appreciated.

I have never played with a T model but thought there was an ' F ' or 'H' setting/mode that over rode the T mode to use the cadence mode.
The twist throttle option also disengages the T mode.
In cadence mode the bike only gives max power so range will be compromised.

Thanks but the display has changed and now only has off and 5 levels and I assume level 5 is cadence.

Hi Brad, the new TPP upgrades do not have the old cadence only setting. All levels on bikes with the TPP have both cadence and torque settings working at all times. If you need to override the torque sensor you can now achieve this by twisting the throttle.

All the best, David
