I have a Windgoo B20, I am going to hang it from the ceiling out of the way, the best way to do this would be upside down will the battery be safe in this position?
Christ, I didn't know I had to add aquatic creatures to my battery when I built it.The voles will fall out of the battery.
He means Microtus arvalis, not Arvicola amphibius. They can be a right pain when they infest your battery compartment, especially if they mistake the wires for worms, but as he said, it's pretty bad when you turn the bike upside down and they all fall out, as, when they drop inside your collar, they have a nasty habit of ending up in your underpants.Christ, I didn't know I had to add aquatic creatures to my battery when I built it.
Thanks vfr 400, I thought I was alright hanging it upside down but just wanted to check . It has a Lithium battery. I know not to invert a lead acid battery having used them for many years. There's nothing in a lithium battery that can be harmed by turning upside down, and nothing in SLA batteries. Only wet lead ones can't be inverted. Which type of battery does it have?
