Will these batteries power my BBS02?

I am looking for batteries to power my BBS02 750W 25A.
I was hoping a pair of these would do the job and allow maximum power to be applied for at least 4 minute intervals(as long as it takes me to get up the longest step hill round here).

If 10C is not enough then what C rating is needed?

I am going the lipo route and would also like to know what charger folks recommend to go with these.

They would be perfect for it - not so much wiring. You just need one of these.

Chargers is a personal thing. I prefer the BC168 charger because they're more versatile. They charge through the balance cable, which saves a lot of messing about. You still need a 12v supply for it:

Thanks.
Was looking at a 300W Turnigy charger but they are on backorder so may take a while to come.

Plenty of PC power supplies here as I used to build them for folks.

Thinking that if I get these they will go in a triangle bag and I can put the Dillenger battery and rack back on the other bike then sell it as after a week of using the BBS,I cant see me needing the Dillenger any more.

Whatever you do, don't let those batteries bang on your frame. They're pretty soft and will soon wear through with possible disastrous consequences. Another warning: These are 2kg each. If you drop one, it will probably be the same as lighting the blue touch paper. Once it starts to smoke/fizz, you have about 20 seconds to get it into clear open space. You should think about a way of protecting them from damage if dropped, or better still, a permanent installation so you don't have to handle them. That's why I prefer the BC168 because you only need to have the two balance connectors accessible.

Don't worry, they will be going in a custom made case then padded with memory foam(because I have some).
The whole pack will be removed to a steel ammo box for charging so both balance and power leads will be available for charging.
I was looking at this charger to begin with as,being a full time carer, I am on a very tight budget.

How long do you reckon this would take to put 14 Ah back into these batteries?

I had problems with that charger overcharging, it also get quite hot with the power supply and charger together. My preference is the BC168 as recommended by d8veh but for a second cheap one I like the turnigy accucel-6 which also needs external power supply and keeps the psu heat seperate.

Thanks for the advice.
Its actually £6 cheaper than the B6 as well.
Got my stuff ordered now except the charger was on backorder so got one off ebay rather than delay the whole order.

My batteries arrived at 4pm today along with some low voltage alarms and Fireproof charging bags.
Not bad seeing as I ordered them at 7.33 last night and they have come from the other end of the country!
They are in perfect shape apart from the corner of one label is not stuck down right.
Luckily the connections were down the side rather than underneath these.
I will get them connected up this evening and see what the cells are like for balance.
