August 12, 20214 yr Any comments or recommendations on the choice between Whoosh Rambletta or Wisper 806 ?
August 13, 20214 yr Both have a good presence from time to time on here and both are reputable UK branded bikes. Which ever you buy CS is very good. Stocking levels may be the issue.
August 13, 20214 yr I was disappointed with the 806. No suspension either front or rear, Crank length far too short, Rear carrier with no sprung clamp, No bike security supplied and more. Found the Volt LS Folder has all of these and more, + made in Milton Keyes.

Suspension is in the balloon tyres, we don't add anymore so we can keep the weight down. The cranks seem to be OK to us and other customers how much longer exactly would you make them? Don't forget we don't want pedals fouling on the ground. We don't use the spring rack as they tend to rattle after a while, instead we offer a custom rack with a set of purpose made elasticated straps. We chose not to add security as the wheel lock often supplied is ineffective and gives the user a false sense of security, better to choose a decent lock and lock the bike to something heavy or immovable. You say "No bike security supplied and more." What more? It seems you bought an 806 anyway with a 700wh battery what was it that influenced you to do that? Not trying to be funny, I am just intrigued! All the best, David
August 19, 20214 yr I suspect the 700wh battery was the clincher massive range. I think some people like to moan, there is never a perfect bike .
