Hi...I'm looking to buy a new bike.
I had decided that one of the most important considerations was proximity to where I live.
...this'd put Freego (25 miles) at the top of my list.
I have however, long fancied a lightweight Cytronex and I have been reccomended
(by Cytronex) a Cytronex Powered GT Transeo 4.0... weight 19kg. (£1390 delivered)
I am assured (by Cytronex) that should I choose to ride it without power, It would ride just as easily as an ordinary bike of the same weight.
...this's more than I can say for my existing ebike which rides great under power but is impossible , for me, to ride without power.
Being able to ride without power would be a big advantage to me as on many occasions I would be able to leave the battery at home saving me carrying or worrying about it.
Unfortunately Winchester the home of Cytronex is over 200 miles from me making visiting an impracticality.
...another downside is that the Cytronex only has a 1 year warranty...Freego has 2.
....anybody help me with any views / opinions etc. ....many thanks...Mike
