Where to find replacement battery for Velo Electrique Cargo Bike???

I urgently need to find a replacement (or way of repairing) the lithium battery for our Velo Electrique cargo bike. Have tried a few places online and no-one so far can help. Any ideas??? I'm based in Bournemouth but happy to travel to get it!
