When to re-charge on Oxygen Emate City

I am a newbie Electric Cyclist on my Oxygen Emate City. I have got 60 miles so far out of the battery, its still at 2 LEDS at standstill.

 

Should I charge now before an 8 mile cycle tommorow morning, or charge after (at work).

 

I am meant to run the battery low before re-charging.

 

What do folk think?

    Definitely run it very low at least once to condition it and attain the full range. Once that's done, charge often to get the best life.
